The Health and Physical Education Programs focus on the following objectives:
- the development of fundamental movement skills
- an enjoyment of physical activity which will carry over into leisure time
- development of sound mental health
- encouragement of desirable attitudes
- development of leadership abilities
- an appreciation of the working of the human body.
A major portion of our program involves active participation in vigorous activity and the understanding and promotion of physical fitness and healthy lifestyles.
